Join the South Carolina Wildlife Federation and Spotted Salamander for a six-course meal containing unique dishes inspired by imperiled species of birds. Participants will be led through each course by SCWF Habitat Education Manager, Jay Keck, and will learn about each bird species and the conservation efforts needed to help it thrive.

Executive chef, Jessica Shillato, will feature her own unique dishes to represent bird species including: Roseate Spoonbill, Painted Bunting, Prothonotary Warbler and more. Alcohol pairings will also be provided with each course. All funds raised will benefit conservation programs of SCWF.
