Join the South Carolina Wildlife Federation at Spotted Salamander for a five-course conservation dinner featuring dishes inspired by imperiled bird species created by Chef Jessica Shillato. As each course is served, SCWF Habitat Education Manager Jay Keck will share information about each species and the conservation efforts needed to help them thrive.

All funds raised will benefit conservation and education programs of SCWF.

Bacon-wrapped shrimp, sorta mashed green peas, griddled onion, mushroom “browned” Carolina gold rice

Cannoli cheesecake
