Do you say this with fear or excitement?  Some people simply love these legless beauties, while others may be hesitant to take a walk in the woods due to their fear of them.  Whether you love them or fear them, please join us for a wonderful class about snakes taught by, Josh Castleberry, an expert herpetologist, and professor of Environmental and Natural resources at Central Carolina Technical College. 

Learn what snake species are most common in South Carolina, where they can be found, and how you can help these creatures thrive as our state becomes more developed.

What you will need: Access to a phone or computer with video and sound capabilities as well as a journal for taking notes. You do not need a zoom account to participate, we will send you a link with log-in details! Note: If you do not have access to a computer or phone with internet, you may dial-in to the class. You will be able to hear the presentation without the slideshow visuals.
