Forks, Knives, and Spoonbills: A Dinner Celebrating Conservation

Enjoy an evening at The Spotted Salamander experiencing fantastic cuisine and delicious brews while making a difference for wildlife. SCWF’s Jay Keck will talk you through each of the 6 courses (skillfully paired with beers from River Rat Brewery), all named after threatened species of birds, and explain how you can help increase the population of these precious creatures in your own back yard.
